Wanker points gun to peaceful protesters #I am 132... (Follow up)

As we pointed out earlier today, we have further information on this incident.

Xalapa Veracruz. A male under the influence of alcohol threatened with a fire arm a group of protesters that marched on the streets of Veracruz capital against the results of the presidential elections. This was informed by the local Secretary of public security (SSP).

According to police reports, the attacker answers to the name of  Juan Pablo Franzoni Martínez, who was at the balcony of the Sumarento restaurant's first floor, close to the police quarters in San José.

Around 18:00 hrs. the protest was heading towards the city centre, when from the balcony of the aforementioned restaurant, Franzoni Martínez threw a chair from the balcony against the group of people marching on the streets.

Moments later, after realizing that his first action did not harmed any of the march members, he drew a .22 caliber gun and after cocking his arm he aimed against the marchers. This caused the crew to run in panic.

Due to the incident, members of the State's secretary of security managed to arrest Franzoni red handed. He was taken to the San José quarters where a file was raised for the case. He was later turned to the Public Ministery where he should explain his actions and the legal consequences that might arise from them.
