Xalapa Veracruz (apro).- The State Police in Conurbación Xalapa, which belongs to the Secretary of Public Safety, released Juan Pablo Franzoni Martínez after paying a $1,700Mxn bail. Last Saturday, Franzoni cocked and aimed his gun to the crowds manifesting as he shouted abusive slurs and threw a chair at them from the balcony of a restaurant. Franzoni was in the company of a female who laughed constantly as the marchers ran to escape the threat of Franzoni's gun.
The government of Veracruz, informed that the subject had been detained under charges of illegal possession of a fire arm.
