Mr. Juan Pablo Fraonzi, affiliated to the Revolutionary Institutional Party (PRI) threw a chair from a balcony towards a protest by members of the #I am 132 movement. Non content with this, he drew a hand gun to threaten the people who were manifesting peacefully. Mr. Fraonzi collaborated with the gobernment of the former PRI governor Fidel Herrera in the state of Veracruz
